The wall is built from 3 functional high-density polyethylene layers, with an extra-thick middle layer providing thermal insulation that helps reduce heat transmission and a food-grade inner surface suitable for potable water. Wide vertical ribs give structural support to a body moulded as a single piece. This gives the 1200 gallon model the documented underground construction used across the HD family.
